The standard features of the website packages are detailed below. But this is only the start of your new website.
Our web design packages do not include templates. Each design solution is tailored to the individual needs of the client.
You may also add to the standard features by customising it using one of our many additional options for a small cost.

Each website package from hexagon:blue includes domain name registration for one domain name. The STARTER and
BRONZE packages include registration of .co.uk and .org.uk domains for 2 years,
whilst the remaining packages include .co.uk, .org.uk, .com, or .net as required. We can provide you with the best domains still available
and register them on your behalf. We can also register further domains for you incase you wish to secure them for future use.
hexagon:blue will set up and fully test the number of email accounts as specified in your chosen package.
This enables you to have email addresses specifically for your chosen domain name, i.e. sales@yourdomain.co.uk.
We will submit your site to the best free search engines and directories including Google.
Monthly professional search engine submission is also available with search engine monitoring and keyword
analysis starting from £80 annually. Contact

The internet is a crowded and competitive marketplace with literally billions of websites competing with each
other for people´s attention. To make the most of your website´s potential you need to have the best possible
rankings on the all major search engines. It doesn´t matter how good your website looks, how impressive the
ordering process is or how easy it is to navigate, if people do not know about it, they can´t use it.
That is why at hexagon:blue, from the moment your website id designed,
we include strong keywords and phrases that rank highly in search engines and are specific to your business.

Options are available at additional cost:
Each website package from hexagon:blue includes a specified number of pages. Additional pages may be added
to the package for a small additional cost.
Text will normally be supplied in digital format e.g. Word document, to enable it to be converted to an
HTML web page.
If text is not avilable in a digital format, then hexagon:blue can assist with writing the webpage copy.
With the exception of the START website package, all packages include at least one contact/enquiry form
which enables your clients/potential clients to contact you directly using the internet, and in a specified
format.
Additional contact/enquiry forms can be added to any of your pages.
Photos and images are normally to be supplied in digital format.
If suitable photos are not available in digital format, then hexagon:blue
can scan any suitable photographic material, such as photos, negatives, etc subject to you owing the
appropraite copyright.
If relevant photographic material is not available, or you require custom photos for your site, then
hexagon:blue can arrange for a professional photographer to take suitable
photos for you. These can also be digitally enhanced if required.
hexagon:blue have a comprehensive photographic library from which you may
chose relevant photos for your website.
Password protected areas enable you to protect certain pages from general viewing. This could be used, for example, for a
club where only members would have access to certain information.
Basic search engine submission is provided with each website package.
Enhanced search engine submission, i.e. monthly submission to over 100 search engines
may be added to your website package. This option also includes enhanced search optimisation.
Logo and enhanced graphical website design may be added to your chosen website design package.
A dynamic database driven website allows multiple product pages etc, to be downloaded quickly,
and offers ease of update to your website. Details of products etc, are held in a database,
and the website program downloads the details onto a specified template.
E-commerce enables you to sell your products over the internet. Customers will select and buy your
products usually using a credit card. You will need to have a merchant account set up to receive the
payments.
